2. Custom Order Timeframe: Custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks to complete, depending on specific requirements. We aim to ship custom items at least 2 weeks before the event, given sufficient time between the order placement date and the event date.
3. Rush Fee for Orders Placed Between 2 to 3 Weeks Prior to the Event: Orders placed within 2 to 3 weeks prior to the event will incur a rush fee. This fee is essential to expedite production and ensure the timely completion of your custom item. Discussion of rush orders must occur before placing the order.
4. Customer Responsibility for Shipping: Customers are responsible for considering shipping times when placing an order. We cannot be held liable for delays or issues during shipping, as these concerns fall under the purview of the chosen carrier.
5. Domestic Free Shipping on Orders Over $100: Chacin Fyre Parties offers free shipping on domestic orders over $100. This promotion is applied automatically during checkout when the order subtotal reaches or exceeds $100.
6. International Shipping: Please note that free shipping applies to domestic orders only. International shipping rates and policies are determined by the chosen carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception, and contact Chacin Fyre Parties immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This prompt communication allows us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to make it right.
8. Digital Files: Digital files, including templates available for instant download, are non-refundable. Additionally, no credit will be given for these purchases. Please note that the timeframe for custom digital files is 24-48 business hours, while templates are available instantly. Review all details carefully before finalizing your digital file order.
9. Design Revisions: For custom orders, customers are entitled to up to three design changes. To facilitate this process, customers can provide examples of the desired design and color preferences. Our Chacin Fyre Parties team is committed to working with you to achieve the perfect custom product.
10. Rush Order Discussion and Fee: Rush orders must be discussed before placing the order. If the rush order fee is not added during checkout, we will attempt to contact the customer to confirm and collect the necessary fee. If we are unable to reach the customer, the order will be cancelled.
