All purchases made with Chacin Fyre Parties are subject to the following refund policy.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products:

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a custom-made product and/or service.

Custom Products (Physical Items)

All physical items are made specifically to customer specifications.

โžก๏ธ Once an order is placed:

  • Itย cannot be canceled after 24 hours

  • Itย cannot be refunded once production begins

โžก๏ธ We doย NOT offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Event cancellations

  • Ordering late

  • Dissatisfaction after approval

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer

Rush Orders (Service Fees)

Rush orders are aย paid service, not a product.

โžก๏ธย Rush fees are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE
โžก๏ธย NO EXCEPTIONS

This includes:

  • Cancellations

  • Shipping delays

  • Customer dissatisfaction

Digital Products

All digital products, including:

  • Templates

  • Instant downloads

  • Custom digital designs

Once a file is:

  • Delivered

  • Sent

  • Downloaded

Shipping-Related Issues

Chacin Fyre Parties isย NOT responsibleย for shipping issues.

โžก๏ธย NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUEDย for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Late deliveries

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked as โ€œDeliveredโ€

Incorrect Orders / Damage Claims

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must contact us withinย 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo evidence of:

    • The product

    • The packaging

โžก๏ธ Failure to report within 48 hours =ย no resolution provided

โš ๏ธ Approved claims may result in:

  • Replacement ONLY (not a refund)

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree:

  • Not to initiate a chargeback for a valid order

  • That all order confirmations, messages, and approvals serve as proof of service

  • Fully contested with evidence

  • Reported to payment processors

Customer Responsibility
