All orders placed with Chacin Fyre Parties are subject to the following shipping terms.

Processing Time (Production)

All items are custom-made.

  • Standard processing time:ย up to 4 weeks

  • Processing time doesย NOT include shipping time

Rush Orders (Service Fee Only)

Any order placed withinย 2โ€“3 weeks of the event dateย is considered a rush order.

Requirements:

  • Youย MUST contact us BEFORE placing the order

  • Rush orders must beย approved in advance

  • Aย rush fee is REQUIRED

Rush Fee Terms:

  • Rush fee is aย SERVICE ONLY

  • Coversย priority production and labor

  • Doesย NOT include shipping

Shipping time is based on:

Once an order has been shipped:

Chacin Fyre Parties isย NOT responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Late deliveries

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked as โ€œDeliveredโ€

No Refunds on Shipping Issues

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addressesย will not be refunded

  • If returned, customer must payย reshipping fees

Shipping Costs

  • No free shipping is offered

International Shipping

For all international orders:

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Fees required by their country

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be selected at checkout.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us withinย 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The item

    • Packaging

Failure to report within this timeframe =ย no resolution provided
