All purchases made with Chacin Fyre Parties are subject to the following refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products:

➡️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL
➡️ NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, AND NO EXCHANGES
➡️ NO EXCEPTIONS, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a custom-made product and/or service.

Custom Products (Physical Items)

All physical items are made specifically to customer specifications.

➡️ Once an order is placed:

  • It cannot be canceled after 24 hours

  • It cannot be refunded once production begins

➡️ We do NOT offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Event cancellations

  • Ordering late

  • Dissatisfaction after approval

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer

Rush Orders (Service Fees)

Rush orders are a paid service, not a product.

➡️ Rush fees are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE
➡️ NO EXCEPTIONS

This includes:

  • Cancellations

  • Shipping delays

  • Customer dissatisfaction

➡️ Rush fees cover time, labor, and priority scheduling only
➡️ Shipping costs are NOT included in rush fees

Digital Products

All digital products, including:

  • Templates

  • Instant downloads

  • Custom digital designs

➡️ ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
➡️ NO CANCELLATIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS

Once a file is:

  • Delivered

  • Sent

  • Downloaded

➡️ The sale is final

Shipping-Related Issues

Chacin Fyre Parties is NOT responsible for shipping issues.

➡️ NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Late deliveries

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked as “Delivered”

Incorrect Orders / Damage Claims

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo evidence of:

    • The product

    • The packaging

➡️ Failure to report within 48 hours = no resolution provided

⚠️ Approved claims may result in:

  • Replacement ONLY (not a refund)

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree:

  • Not to initiate a chargeback for a valid order

  • That all order confirmations, messages, and approvals serve as proof of service

➡️ Fraudulent disputes will be:

  • Fully contested with evidence

  • Reported to payment processors

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

✔ Providing correct order details
✔ Reviewing proofs (if provided)
✔ Ordering within the proper timeframe

➡️ We are NOT responsible for customer errors

Agreement to Refund Policy
