Welcome to Chacin Fyre Parties

By accessing or purchasing from Chacin Fyre Parties, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

1. Custom-Made Products – No Refund Policy

All products are custom-made based on customer specifications.

➡️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL
➡️ NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR CHARGEBACKS once an order is placed

2. Order Timeframe (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • Standard processing time: up to 4 weeks

  • This timeframe applies to all custom orders unless otherwise agreed

➡️ Customers are responsible for ordering within an appropriate timeframe for their event

3. Rush Orders (STRICT POLICY)

Any order placed within:

  • 2–3 weeks of the event date is considered a rush order

Rush Order Requirements:

  • MUST contact Chacin Fyre Parties BEFORE placing the order

  • MUST be approved before purchase

  • MUST include a rush fee

Rush Fee Terms:

  • Rush fee is a SERVICE FEE ONLY

  • Covers priority production and labor

  • Does NOT include shipping costs

➡️ Rush fees are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE under ALL circumstances
➡️ This includes cancellations, delays, or dissatisfaction claims

4. Shipping Policy Acknowledgment

  • Shipping is separate from production

  • Shipping fees are NOT included in any rush fee

  • All shipping costs are paid by the customer

➡️ Chacin Fyre Parties does NOT offer free shipping

5. International Orders

For all international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Customs fees

    • Import taxes

    • Duties

➡️ These fees are NOT included in your purchase
➡️ Chacin Fyre Parties is not responsible for delays due to customs

6. Customer-Provided Images & Content

By submitting any photos, logos, or content, you confirm:

  • You own the rights OR have permission to use them

You grant Chacin Fyre Parties a:

➡️ Non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for:

  • Product creation

  • Website display

  • Social media

  • Marketing and promotions

7. Marketing & Social Media Use

Chacin Fyre Parties reserves the right to:

  • Photograph and display completed products

  • Share designs on:

    • Social media

    • Website

    • Promotional materials

➡️ If you do not want your order shared, you must request this in writing BEFORE production begins

8. Design Approval & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all details (names, dates, spelling) are correct

  • Reviewing any proofs provided

➡️ We are NOT responsible for approved errors

9. Digital Products

  • All digital products are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • No exceptions once delivered or downloaded

10. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

  • After that, materials and production time are already allocated

11. Limitation of Liability

Chacin Fyre Parties is not liable for:

  • Event disruptions

  • Shipping delays

  • Indirect or incidental damages

➡️ Liability is limited to the amount paid for the order

12. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that:

✔ You understand the 4-week processing timeframe
✔ You understand rush order requirements
✔ You acknowledge rush fees are non-refundable and do NOT include shipping
✔ You agree to all policies listed

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
