Shipping Policy – Chacin Fyre Parties

All orders placed with Chacin Fyre Parties are subject to the following shipping terms.

Processing Time (Production)

All items are custom-made.

• Standard processing time: up to 4 weeks

• Processing time does NOT include shipping time

➡️ Orders are processed based on production schedule, NOT event date

Rush Orders (Service Fee Only)

Any order placed within 2–3 weeks of the event date is considered a rush order.

Requirements:

• You MUST contact us BEFORE placing the order

• Rush orders must be approved in advance

• A rush fee is REQUIRED

Rush Fee Terms:

• Rush fee is a SERVICE ONLY

• Covers priority production and labor

• Does NOT include shipping

➡️ Rush fees are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE
➡️ NO EXCEPTIONS, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Shipping Time & Carrier Responsibility (VERY IMPORTANT)

Shipping time is based on:

✔ The shipping method selected at checkout
✔ The carrier’s delivery timeframe (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

➡️ Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier, NOT Chacin Fyre Parties
➡️ Shipping time begins AFTER your order has been completed and shipped

⚠️ We have NO control over shipping speed once the package is in transit

➡️ All delivery dates are ESTIMATES ONLY, NOT GUARANTEES

Shipping Responsibility & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped:

➡️ ALL RESPONSIBILITY TRANSFERS TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER

Chacin Fyre Parties is NOT responsible for:

• Shipping delays

• Late deliveries

• Lost packages

• Stolen packages

• Packages marked as “Delivered”

No Refunds on Shipping Issues

➡️ NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED for:

• Carrier delays

• Late delivery for events

• Lost or stolen packages

• Incorrect shipping selections made by the customer

➡️ NO EXCEPTIONS

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded

• If returned, customer must pay reshipping fees

Shipping Costs

• All shipping fees are paid by the customer

• No free shipping is offered

International Shipping

For all international orders:

Customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• Fees required by their country

➡️ Chacin Fyre Parties is NOT responsible for customs delays

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be selected at checkout.

➡️ This only affects shipping speed
➡️ It does NOT speed up production

➡️ A rush fee is still required for faster production

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of:

  • The item

  • Packaging

Failure to report within this timeframe = no resolution provided

Acknowledgment of Shipping Terms

By placing an order, you confirm:

✔ You understand processing vs shipping times
✔ You understand shipping time is determined by the carrier
✔ You understand Chacin Fyre Parties has no control over delivery speed
✔ You accept all shipping risks once the order is shipped
✔ You agree that no refunds will be issued for shipping-related issues
