Each order includes 12 puzzles, with 120 blank puzzle parts per piece, providing a total of 1440 pieces to meet your needs. The overall size of the puzzle is approximately 11.3 x 7.8 x 0.06 inches (28.4 x 20 x 0.15 centimeters), offering a substantial and enjoyable challenge.

Personalization Options: During checkout, personalize your order by adding:

Late or Delayed Shipping Policy: Please note that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided for late or delayed shipping. To ensure on-time delivery, we recommend ordering your custom puzzles 4 weeks prior to the event date listed in the personalization section.

Processing Time: Orders can take up to 2 weeks to design and print. Standard processing time is reflected in the 2-week timeframe. Rush orders are available with additional charges for expedited processing.

Mockup Approval Process: A mockup will be sent to the customer's email address provided at checkout for approval within 24-48 business hours. Once approved, we will initiate the printing process. In the event of non-response to the initial email, we will attempt to contact the customer. If there is still no contact, we will proceed with the printing process to ensure timely delivery of the customer's order.
