For all orders with a delivery deadline within three (3) weeks, please note that this expedited processing step is mandatory.
To proceed, ensure we've previously discussed and confirmed the feasibility of accommodating your order, especially if my schedule is fully booked.
This accelerated processing specifically focuses on the production phase and doesn't affect shipping times once the order is handed off. If your event is rapidly approaching in relation to your order date, we strongly recommend considering an upgraded shipping method for a timely delivery.

📦 Shipping Policy:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks of the order date. To ensure timely delivery, customers are advised to place orders at least 4 weeks in advance. Orders can be shipped via UPS or USPS.
🚀 Rush Orders:
For customers requiring expedited shipping for events within 3 weeks, a rush order fee of $25 will be applied. For events within 2 weeks, the rush order fee is $50. The rush order fee must be added at checkout. Customers must contact us prior to placing a rush order to ensure we are able to accommodate the order. Please note that the rush order fee covers expedited processing but does not include shipping costs.
🌍 International Orders:
We welcome international orders. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. Please be aware that international shipping may result in extended delivery times.
🔙 Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but if you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to address them.
